Experience

Professional with 15+ years across finance, energy, and healthcare — wildly different industries, all needing human-centered solutions.

Beyond that, I've worked with a team at Le Mans, among other things — a childhood dream realized. Not as a driver, but part of the crew. Turns out teamwork under pressure looks the same everywhere.

How I work

Research-Driven Approach

I believe in the power of research and that "any research is better than none."

Good work starts with evidence, not guesswork. Without it, you're just making assumptions. There are research methods for every project scope and budget — and they consistently improve both the product and the experience.

Continuous Testing

Steve Krug's wisdom — "Testing with one user is 100% better than testing with none" — is my constant mantra.

Testing with just one user — even the "wrong" one — beats no testing at all and gives you valuable insights. Usability testing doesn't need to be expensive — there are always practical approaches that work within your constraints.

Accessibility First

Ethan Marcotte's statement — "Accessibility is not a feature" — resonates deeply with me.

Accessible experiences should be built in from day one, not tacked on at the end. When we assume what people can or can't do, we build products that exclude them. That's why accessibility is fundamental to every interface I work on.
